The thinking behind it
The data exists. Bring it to life.
The idea came from our own experiences as recreational athletes and spectators: missing friends at the finish, spending hours travelling and waiting for a brief glimpse, and watching races — even world championships — that were hard to follow. We wanted a clearer picture of what was happening, so we started building RaceIQ.
Elite motorsport turns timing into a story: gaps, position changes, sector battles and strategy. Everyday endurance sport has just as much drama. It's simply harder to see.
RaceIQ's starting point is presentation, not replacing every piece of hardware. Connect what already works. Make it understandable. Build a richer experience around it.
